Chamber of Ether Terms

The Chamber of Ether (“the Chamber”, “COE”) is the treasury of The Refined Home — a space where participation is recognised, Marks of Ether are accumulated, and eligible Scrolls, Vault Keys, Vessels and ceremonial offerings may be obtained.

The Chamber exists alongside, but independently of, The Refined Circle and its Path of Resonance.

The Realm recognises two currencies:

Marks of Ether (MOE) — the currency of the Chamber.

Marks of Refinement (MOR) — the currency of the Path of Resonance.

Although both may be earned through eligible purchases, they serve different purposes and are governed by separate progression systems.

These Terms govern the Chamber's rewards, milestones, redemptions, instruments, activation procedures and participation rules.

They should be read alongside:

  • The applicable product or instrument conditions

  • Our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy

Where an individual Chamber offering has specific eligibility, redemption or activation conditions, those conditions apply to that offering, subject to these Terms and applicable law.

These Terms exist so the Chamber may remain balanced, fair and aligned with the laws of the Realm.

1. EARNING MARKS

1.1 Purchases from the Realm

Eligible purchases may earn both MOE and MOR, but each currency is credited to its respective programme.

Marks of Ether — MOE

The standard earning rate is:

1 MOE for every eligible £1 spent.

This rate applies equally to all five Refined Circle Paths:

  • The Marked

  • The Initiated

  • The Chosen

  • The Consecrated

  • The Ascended

A higher Refined Circle Path does not automatically increase the standard MOE earning rate.

Marks of Refinement — MOR

MOR are earned according to the Summoner's recognised Refined Circle Path:

  • Marked — 3 MOR per eligible £1

  • Initiated — 5 MOR per eligible £1

  • Chosen — 8 MOR per eligible £1

  • Consecrated — 16 MOR per eligible £1

  • Ascended — 30 MOR per eligible £1

MOR progression and permanent membership standing are governed by The Refined Circle Terms.

Earning calculations are based on qualifying transactions and any published exclusions.

Refunded, cancelled, reversed or fraudulent transactions may result in corresponding reward adjustments.

1.2 Missions & Ritual Actions

The Chamber may offer additional opportunities to earn MOE through missions, games, participation activities and ceremonial actions.

These may include:

  • Completing eligible profile activities

  • Participating in selected Chamber games

  • Undertaking published missions

  • Engaging with seasonal experiences

  • Completing qualifying referrals

  • Participating in promotional rituals

  • Other activities expressly recognised by the Chamber

Each activity may carry its own eligibility requirements, reward amount, frequency limit and completion conditions.

Not every Chamber mission awards MOR.

Where a mission awards MOR, this must be expressly identified under the relevant Path of Resonance rules.

TRH may introduce, amend or retire future missions, subject to applicable law and any commitments already made to participants.

1.3 Mortal Coin

Purchases remain one recognised way to earn Marks.

However, participation within the Chamber is not limited to spending money.

Eligible missions, activities and other published opportunities may allow registered Summoners to earn MOE without purchasing a paid membership.

The Marked may participate in eligible Chamber activities.

This does not override the separate purchasing restrictions that apply to ordinary artefacts within the Realm.

1.4 Independent Chamber Progression

The Chamber maintains its own progression ladder, separate from the Five Paths of the Refined Circle.

The recognised Chamber levels are:

Initiated

Chosen

Consecrated

Founder's Blessing

Pharaoh's Blessing

These titles describe Chamber progression, not permanent Refined Circle membership standing.

For example:

A Consecrated member of the Refined Circle does not automatically become Consecrated within the Chamber of Ether.

Similarly, reaching the Chamber's Consecrated level does not automatically grant permanent Consecrated standing within the Refined Circle.

Each system maintains its own requirements and records.

1.5 Chamber Milestones

The Chamber recognises qualifying cumulative spending milestones associated with selected progression rewards.

The established thresholds include:

£300 qualifying cumulative spend — Chamber Initiated

£750 qualifying cumulative spend — Chamber Chosen

£1,500 qualifying cumulative spend — Chamber Consecrated

£2,000 qualifying cumulative spend — Pharaoh's Blessing milestone

Founder's Blessing remains a distinct recognised Chamber level, with its qualifying conditions determined by the applicable Chamber programme rules.

The exact treatment of eligible cumulative spending, excluded transactions, refunds and milestone verification is governed by the published Chamber programme conditions.

A Chamber milestone does not automatically alter MOR totals or permanent Refined Circle standing.

1.6 Recognition of Milestones

Qualifying Chamber milestones may be recognised through the Chamber's supporting loyalty system and verified account records.

TRH may review or correct milestone recognition where there is evidence of a technical error, ineligible transaction or fraudulent activity.

Legitimately earned milestones will not be arbitrarily removed merely because a Summoner redeems available MOE.

The Chamber remembers participation.

The Refined Circle remembers the Path.

2. SPENDING MARKS

2.1 Redeemable Rewards

MOE may be redeemed towards eligible Chamber offerings, including:

  • Scrolls of Ether

  • Selected ceremonial instruments

  • Eligible artefacts

  • Seasonal offerings

  • Other rewards expressly listed within the Chamber

The required MOE amount, eligibility and applicable conditions will be displayed for each offering.

MOR redemptions operate through the Path of Resonance and are governed by The Refined Circle Terms.

Where a particular Scroll or offering expressly permits MOR redemption, its published conditions will determine the applicable cost and process.

MOE and MOR are not a single shared redemption balance.

2.2 The Expanding Treasury

The Chamber is an evolving part of the Realm.

New Scrolls, Vessels, rewards, missions and ceremonial offerings may be introduced as the Realm develops.

Existing offerings may become unavailable, enter a dormant state or return during a later seasonal chapter.

The appearance of an artefact in the Chamber does not guarantee permanent availability.

Any reward already validly redeemed remains subject to its accepted terms and applicable consumer rights.

2.3 No Cross-Conversion

MOE and MOR cannot ordinarily be exchanged, transferred or converted into one another.

A MOE balance does not count towards Path of Resonance milestones.

A MOR balance does not count towards Chamber progression merely because it exists.

Neither currency is legal tender, a bank deposit or a cash-equivalent balance.

Neither is ordinarily redeemable for cash.

MOE belongs to the Chamber.

MOR belongs to the Path.

2.4 Availability & Ritual Priority

All redemptions are subject to the availability and eligibility conditions of the relevant offering.

Certain artefacts and Scrolls may be limited by:

  • Quantity

  • Membership standing

  • Chamber level

  • Seasonal availability

  • Individual redemption limits

  • Activation capacity

  • Other published conditions

TRH may temporarily pause new redemptions where reasonably necessary for stock, security, technical or operational reasons.

Where a redemption has already been validly accepted, we will honour the applicable contractual obligations or provide an appropriate remedy if fulfilment becomes impossible.

2.5 Vessels of Ether — Chamber Currency

The Chamber may offer Vessels of Ether, through which eligible Summoners obtain specified quantities of MOE.

The recognised Vessel denominations include:

Satchel of Ether — 300 MOE

Chest of Ether — 500 MOE

Crate of Ether — 750 MOE

Vault of Ether — 1,000 MOE

Grand Chest of Ether — 3,000 MOE

Chamber of Ether — 7,500 MOE

Flame of Ether — 20,000 MOE

Eternal Flame of Ether — 60,000 MOE

Infinite Flame of Ether — 150,000 MOE

Vessel availability, pricing, purchasing eligibility and fulfilment conditions are determined by the individual product listing.

Where MOE are credited manually, the purchase of a Vessel does not necessarily result in an instantaneous balance update.

The applicable fulfilment arrangements will be communicated through the offering or customer support process.

Purchasing MOE does not automatically purchase MOR, permanent Refined Circle standing or an independent Chamber milestone.

Any treatment of Vessel purchases for qualifying cumulative-spend milestones must follow the published Chamber rules.

2.6 Account Binding

MOE are bound to the eligible Summoner's account.

Unless expressly permitted by an individual offering, MOE cannot be:

  • Sold

  • Transferred between accounts

  • Gifted directly to another Summoner

  • Exchanged for cash

  • Combined with another account's balance

  • Used to purchase an unrelated member's permanent standing

Eligible physical artefacts and giftable Scrolls may be purchased for another person under the relevant Ether Gifting conditions.

That does not make MOE balances transferable.

3. EXPIRY LOGIC

3.1 Marks Do Not Ordinarily Expire

Under the Chamber's standard programme rules, legitimately earned MOE do not expire merely because time passes or a Summoner becomes inactive.

MOR follow the separate Path of Resonance rules.

A Summoner does not lose a legitimate MOE balance solely because they cancel a paid Refined Circle subscription.

Balances remain subject to lawful account administration, correction of errors, reversal of ineligible rewards and any applicable account closure procedures.

TRH will not introduce retrospective expiry in a manner that unlawfully removes existing contractual rights.

The journey is continuous. The Marks remember.

3.2 Redemption & Refund Conditions

Redeeming MOE ordinarily deducts the stated amount from the available balance.

A completed redemption cannot automatically be reversed merely because a Summoner later prefers another reward.

However, this does not exclude:

  • Applicable statutory cancellation rights

  • Remedies for faulty or misdescribed digital content

  • Remedies for undelivered offerings

  • Corrections of technical errors

  • Refunds or restoration of Marks where legally required

If TRH cannot fulfil an accepted reward, we will assess the appropriate remedy, which may include restoring the relevant Marks.

The treatment of digital content supplied immediately during a statutory cancellation period depends on the applicable law and any required express consent and acknowledgement.

No ceremonial redemption rule overrides mandatory consumer rights.

3.3 Activation Logic

Certain Chamber instruments are acquired in a Dormant state.

Where manual activation applies, the instrument remains inactive until the Summoner requests activation through the prescribed TRH Support process.

The applicable duration begins at the point specified in the instrument's activation conditions.

Acquisition, redemption and activation are separate events unless the individual instrument expressly provides otherwise.

A dormant instrument does not grant active temporary access before its valid activation.

3.4 Individual Expiry Conditions

Marks and instruments must not be confused.

Although MOE do not ordinarily expire through inactivity, an activated Scroll, Vault Key or promotional instrument may have a fixed usage period.

Each instrument's published conditions determine:

  • Whether activation is required

  • How activation is requested

  • When its active period begins

  • How long it remains effective

  • Whether it can be used more than once

  • Whether any expiry or seasonal restriction applies

A temporary access right does not become permanent simply because the instrument was acquired with MOE.

3.5 Vault Keys — The Four Recognised Instruments

The Chamber recognises four principal Vault Keys.

KEY OF WHISPERS

First qualifying bestowal: Chamber Initiated milestone at £300 cumulative eligible spend.

Active duration: 7 days.

Repeat acquisition price: £60, where offered.

CROWNED KEY

First qualifying bestowal: Chamber Chosen milestone at £750 cumulative eligible spend.

Active duration: 14 days.

Repeat acquisition price: £100, where offered.

KEY OF REVELATION

First qualifying bestowal: Chamber Consecrated milestone at £1,500 cumulative eligible spend.

Active duration: 21 days.

Repeat acquisition price: £150, where offered.

TRINITY KEY

First qualifying bestowal: Pharaoh's Blessing milestone at £2,000 cumulative eligible spend.

Active duration: 42 days.

Repeat acquisition price: £250, where offered.

These amounts identify the recognised repeat acquisition prices, not a requirement to pay again for the applicable first qualifying bestowal.

The first-bestowal conditions and repeat acquisition conditions are separate.

3.6 Vault Key Permissions

Vault Keys provide temporary access to the permissions specified by the individual Key.

They do not automatically:

  • Grant permanent Refined Circle standing

  • Increase MOR earning rates

  • Increase the standard MOE earning rate

  • Award a higher Chamber level

  • Confer an invitation to Ascended membership

  • Transfer the holder's permissions to another person

Vault Keys are account-bound and non-transferable unless a particular offering expressly provides otherwise.

3.7 Vault Key Activation

The Chamber's standard Vault Key framework provides for dormant instruments and activation through TRH Support.

Where this standard applies, the Key's active period begins only upon valid activation.

Any expressly published activation exception for a particular Key must be clearly stated in its individual conditions before acquisition.

A Key cannot be represented as both automatically active upon purchase and dormant until manual activation without clarifying which rule applies.

4. FAIR USE

The Chamber exists for genuine participation.

To protect its integrity, TRH may investigate activity involving:

  • Automated reward farming

  • Fraudulent mission completion

  • Repeated misuse of promotional codes

  • Artificial multiplication of referral rewards

  • Deliberate exploitation of technical errors

  • Creation of deceptive duplicate accounts

  • Manipulation of eligible spending records

  • Attempts to obtain unearned Chamber milestones

  • Unauthorised transfer or resale of account-bound instruments

The Chamber may use reasonable verification procedures to distinguish legitimate participation from misuse.

Ordinary customer complaints, lawful accessibility tools and good-faith mistakes do not automatically constitute abuse.

4.1 One Summoner, One Treasury

The standard Chamber arrangement is one recognised treasury per eligible individual.

Creating additional accounts to multiply one-time rewards, evade eligibility limits or manipulate progression is prohibited.

Where potentially duplicate accounts are identified, TRH may investigate and take proportionate corrective action.

Any account consolidation, balance correction or suspension will be subject to applicable law and the relevant programme conditions.

4.2 Reward Corrections

TRH may correct rewards awarded through:

  • Genuine system errors

  • Cancelled or refunded qualifying transactions

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Ineligible redemptions

  • Duplicate awards contrary to programme rules

Corrections will be based on the relevant records and eligibility conditions.

A legitimate reward will not be removed arbitrarily because a Summoner exercises statutory consumer rights.

4.3 Fair Participation

Some Chamber activities may impose limits on participation frequency, reward quantities or eligible accounts.

These limits will be published where applicable.

A mission that can be completed only once cannot be repeatedly claimed through alternative accounts or manipulated technical processes.

The Chamber rewards participation, not exploitation.

5. FRAUD PREVENTION

The Chamber is protected by reasonable fraud-prevention and account-verification procedures.

TRH may:

  • Verify eligibility before high-value redemptions

  • Request reasonable confirmation of account ownership

  • Review suspicious transactions

  • Delay fulfilment while a legitimate concern is investigated

  • Correct fraudulent or erroneous rewards

  • Restrict access where there is reasonable evidence of misuse

  • Refer suspected unlawful conduct to appropriate authorities where necessary

Verification requests will be proportionate to the relevant risk and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Where a transaction or redemption is refused or delayed, we will comply with applicable contractual and consumer obligations.

5.1 Protection of Earned Standing

A Chamber investigation does not automatically justify removing permanent Refined Circle standing.

Where alleged misconduct affects both programmes, any action concerning MOR or permanent membership standing must be considered under the relevant Refined Circle rules.

5.2 Account Reviews

A Summoner who believes their MOE balance, milestone or redemption has been incorrectly restricted may contact TRH Support.

We will review relevant records and explain the outcome where reasonably possible.

The Council protects the Chamber so that legitimate Summoners may continue to trust it.

6. RITUAL REWARDS

6.1 Eligibility

Registered Summoners, including The Marked, may participate in eligible Chamber activities and rewards.

Individual rewards may require:

  • A sufficient MOE balance

  • A recognised Chamber level

  • A qualifying Refined Circle Path

  • An active paid membership where expressly required

  • A specific seasonal condition

  • An individual invitation or approval

  • A valid purchase or redemption

  • Completion of a published mission

Satisfying one condition does not automatically override other applicable conditions.

6.2 Ritual Gifts

Chamber offerings may be obtained through:

Milestone Bestowal

A reward granted upon first satisfying an eligible Chamber milestone.

MOE Redemption

An instrument or offering obtained using the required Marks of Ether.

Mortal Coin

An eligible instrument or Vessel purchased at its published price.

Seasonal Recognition

An offering made available during a particular event or ritual.

Direct Invitation

A private offering extended to a qualifying Summoner.

Not every reward is available through every route.

6.3 Scroll of Transcendence

The Scroll of Transcendence is a Chamber progression instrument.

Recognised acquisition value:

£200 or 2,000 MOE, where offered.

Under its applicable conditions, the Scroll may permanently advance an eligible Chamber level, including the recognised passages:

Chamber Chosen → Chamber Consecrated

Chamber Consecrated → Founder's Blessing

The Scroll affects Chamber progression only.

It does not automatically:

  • Advance Refined Circle standing

  • Award MOR

  • Grant a paid membership

  • Confer Ascended standing

  • Bestow a Vault Key unless expressly included in its individual conditions

Its eligibility, activation and redemption requirements remain governed by the Scroll's own terms.

6.4 Scroll of Ascendance

The Scroll of Ascendance is a separate progression instrument affecting the Refined Circle, not the Chamber ladder.

Recognised acquisition value:

£350 or 3,500 MOE, where offered.

Its recognised progression passages are:

Refined Circle Initiated → Chosen

Refined Circle Chosen → Consecrated

The Scroll is associated with the eligible Summer offering and is limited to one qualifying redemption per bearer per Summer, subject to its published conditions.

It does not permit:

  • Marked → Initiated through this Scroll

  • Consecrated → Ascended

  • Direct acquisition of Ascended standing

  • Advancement of the Chamber's independent levels

An eligible Scroll of Ascendance may confer the specified permanent Refined Circle standing under its own conditions.

It does not automatically establish an active paid subscription or all benefits requiring such a subscription.

6.5 Other Scrolls of Ether

The Chamber may offer additional Scrolls, including instruments associated with:

  • Gratitude

  • Shipping

  • Refinement

  • Dedication

  • Choice

  • Seasonal ceremonies

  • Other recognised offerings

Each Scroll carries its own stated purpose, acquisition value, usage conditions and restrictions.

A Scroll's title does not imply unlimited access or a right to combine its benefit with other promotions.

6.6 Single-Use & Non-Stacking Conditions

Certain Scrolls are limited to one eligible order or redemption.

Unless an individual offering expressly permits combination, Scroll benefits and discount-based instruments may not be stacked with other incompatible promotions.

Personal instruments are generally account-bound and cannot be resold or transferred.

6.7 Ether Gifting

Eligible Scrolls and physical artefacts may be purchased as gifts under the relevant Ether Gifting conditions.

All registered Refined Circle members, including Marked Summoners, may participate in eligible gifting.

However, the following remain non-transferable unless an express exception applies:

  • MOE balances

  • MOR balances

  • Vault Keys

  • Permanent Path standing

  • Personal Chamber progression

  • Account-based permissions

  • Private invitations

A recipient must meet any conditions attached to the gift.

6.8 Recognition Gifts & Chamber Rewards

Recognition Gifting provided through paid Refined Circle memberships is separate from Chamber milestone rewards.

Receiving a Refined Circle Recognition Gift does not automatically satisfy a Chamber milestone.

Similarly, earning a Chamber Vault Key does not automatically qualify the Summoner for a paid-membership Recognition Gift.

Different rites. Different recognition. One Realm.

7. SEASONAL BONUSES

The Chamber may introduce temporary activities and offerings during selected periods of the Realm's calendar.

These may include:

  • Additional MOE missions

  • Temporary earning bonuses

  • Seasonal Scrolls

  • Limited artefacts

  • Special redemption opportunities

  • Event-specific games

  • Referral campaigns

  • Selected ceremonial unveilings

7.1 Published Conditions

Each seasonal activity may have its own:

  • Start and end dates

  • Eligibility requirements

  • Reward amounts

  • Participation limits

  • Redemption conditions

  • Activation requirements

  • Availability restrictions

Seasonal opportunities are not guaranteed to return in future years.

7.2 Bonus Earning Rates

The standard MOE earning rate remains 1 MOE per eligible £1 spent unless a specific eligible bonus is expressly announced.

A temporary MOE promotion does not automatically change the MOR earning rates of the Refined Circle.

Similarly, a seasonal MOR promotion must be separately identified under the Path of Resonance.

7.3 Limited Offerings

Some seasonal artefacts and Scrolls may be available only during a defined event.

A seasonal acquisition window does not necessarily mean the instrument must be activated during that same window.

The instrument's individual conditions determine whether it may remain dormant after the event ends.

7.4 No Guaranteed Future Bonus

Participation in one seasonal event does not guarantee identical rewards, earning rates or availability during another.

The Chamber may evolve with the Realm, subject to commitments already made and applicable consumer law.

The seasons change. The Chamber remembers.

8. CHANGES TO THE CHAMBER TERMS

The Refined Home may update these Terms to reflect:

  • New Chamber offerings

  • Additional Scrolls or Vessels

  • Changes to the supporting loyalty platform

  • Revised missions and games

  • New seasonal activities

  • Operational changes

  • Clarifications of existing rules

  • Changes in applicable law

The latest version will display its revision date.

Material changes affecting an existing paid purchase, accepted redemption or contractual entitlement will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

Changes to future offerings do not automatically alter the conditions of an instrument already validly purchased or redeemed.

TRH will not rely solely on continued use of the Chamber to impose an otherwise unlawful change to an existing agreement.

8.1 Separation from the Refined Circle

Changes to Chamber progression do not automatically amend permanent Refined Circle standing.

Changes to Refined Circle membership prices or benefits do not automatically alter MOE balances or Chamber milestones.

Where a change affects both programmes, the applicable terms and customer communications will identify its effect on each.

8.2 Protection of Existing Rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be restricted, including applicable statutory cancellation rights and remedies for faulty or undelivered goods, digital content or services.

If any provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply where legally possible.

Not every offering is made in coin.

Some are made through presence.

Some through patience.

Some through the willingness to return, participate and continue.

The Chamber recognises these exchanges.

It preserves their Marks.

It honours their instruments.

And it opens its treasury according to the laws of the Realm.

MOE is the currency of the Chamber.

MOR is the measure of the Path.

Neither replaces the other.

Both have their place.

The Ether does not rush.

But it remembers.
