THE REFINED SUMMONING — TERMS & CONDITIONS

The Refined Summoning (“TRS”, “the Summoning”, “the Rite”, "the Solstice", the Rêverie") is the ceremonial invitation into The Refined Home — a time-bound experience through which new and returning Summoners may discover the Realm, establish their standing, encounter selected unveilings and participate in offerings made available during the Rite.

The Summoning is not simply a sale.

It is an invitation to enter a world of considered living, where discovery, participation and access carry meaning.

These Terms govern participation in an active Refined Summoning and should be read alongside:

  • The Refined Terms of Service

  • The Refined Circle Terms

  • Chamber of Ether Terms

  • Any additional conditions expressly published for the relevant Summoning

Where an individual Summoning carries specific dates, offerings, access rules or promotional conditions, those published details apply to that event, subject to these Terms and applicable law.

Participation in TRS does not automatically grant paid membership, permanent standing, Chamber rewards or unrestricted purchasing permissions.

The Realm recognises each Summoner according to the conditions of the relevant system.

1. ACCESS GATING

1.1 Global Lock / Veiled Realms

During an active Summoning, The Refined Home may employ selected access controls, including the Global Lock, Veiled Realms and other restrictions designed to preserve the intended experience.

These controls may govern access to:

  • Selected pages and inner chambers

  • Membership-sensitive content

  • Particular collections or artefacts

  • Seasonal unveilings

  • Limited or private offerings

  • Account-based purchasing functions

  • Selected experiences available only to eligible Summoners

The exact configuration may differ between Summonings.

Not every event requires the entire Realm to be sealed, and not every page will necessarily be subject to the same restrictions.

Where a restriction applies, visitors may be directed towards the Summoning Portal, membership information or another appropriate entry point.

The Veil exists to distinguish access, not to conceal the existence of the Realm.

1.2 Summoner's Veil — Visitors, Registered Summoners & Members

The Summoner's Veil distinguishes between those who have not yet established a recognised account and those whose relationship with the Realm has begun.

For the purposes of TRS:

Unregistered visitors

May explore the publicly available portions of The Refined Home, including eligible product information, prices, introductory content and membership explanations.

Email subscribers

May receive announcements, invitations and marketing communications according to their preferences.

Subscribing to emails alone does not automatically establish Refined Circle membership or unlock account-restricted permissions.

The Marked

A visitor who registers for the free Marked Path becomes a recognised Summoner.

The Marked requires no membership purchase.

Marked standing provides the applicable entry-level permissions described in The Refined Circle Terms.

Paid members and higher-standing Summoners

May receive additional access according to their recognised Path, applicable Auras, collection permissions and active paid-member entitlements.

A Summoner's permanent standing and active subscription status are not necessarily the same.

Registration opens the relationship. Standing determines its depth.

1.3 Purchasing Permissions During TRS

Product visibility does not automatically establish permission to purchase.

During a Summoning, purchasing permissions may depend upon:

  • Account registration

  • Recognised Refined Circle standing

  • Applicable collection access

  • Aura eligibility

  • An active paid membership where specifically required

  • Seasonal release conditions

  • Stock availability

  • Individual artefact or promotional restrictions

Ordinary add-to-cart access begins at Initiated standing or above, subject to the product's specific eligibility conditions and any exceptions expressly published by TRH.

Marked Summoners may browse the portions of the Realm available to their standing without receiving the ordinary purchasing privileges of higher Paths.

Certain artefacts may remain unavailable because they are Dormant, reserved for a later unveiling, subject to allocation or otherwise restricted.

Anyone may see the price.

Not everyone may move the piece.

2. TRS TIER PRICING DURING THE SUMMONING

The Refined Summoning may introduce new Summoners to the membership offerings of The Refined Circle.

Membership prices displayed during a Summoning may include current Early Access or Founding Offerings, alongside any separate event-specific promotions.

The current membership structure is:

THE MARKED — RECOGNITION

Free registration.

No recurring membership payment.

THE INITIATED — PARTICIPATION

Current Early Access Offering: £20/month

Full Monthly Membership: £60/month

Path of Resonance: 1,500 MOR

THE CHOSEN — RESPONSE

Current Early Access Offering: £40/month

Full Monthly Membership: £120/month

Path of Resonance: 4,500 MOR

THE CONSECRATED — RELATIONSHIP

Current Founding Offering: £60/month or £600/year

Full Monthly Membership: £180/month

Future full-release annual pricing will be announced separately.

Path of Resonance: 10,000 MOR

THE ASCENDED — CONTINUATION

Current approved Founding Offering: £150 every three months

Full Quarterly Offering: £450 every three months

Path of Resonance: 20,000 MOR

Paid Ascended entry requires individual invitation or approval.

Alternatively, a Summoner who earns the qualifying 20,000 MOR through the Path of Resonance may attain permanent Ascended standing without purchasing a quarterly arrangement.

2.1 Founding Offerings & Summoning Promotions

Early Access and Founding Offerings are not necessarily exclusive to TRS.

Their availability is governed by the applicable membership terms and any published enrolment conditions.

TRH may introduce additional Summoning-specific offers where expressly announced.

Such offers will identify their eligibility, applicable price, duration and material conditions.

A promotional price will not automatically apply retrospectively to an earlier purchase.

2.2 Direct Membership Entry

Eligible Summoners may enter available paid membership Paths directly without first purchasing every preceding tier.

For example, a qualifying customer may subscribe directly to Chosen or Consecrated.

Earned progression through the Path of Resonance follows its own cumulative MOR milestones.

Ascended remains exceptional.

It cannot be obtained merely by paying the quarterly offering without approval.

Its separate earned progression route remains available under The Refined Circle Terms.

2.3 Recurring Membership Charges

Paid memberships are recurring arrangements, not one-off Summoning purchases.

Before subscribing, customers will be shown the applicable price, billing frequency and relevant contractual conditions.

Any Founding rate protections, renewal terms, cancellations or future pricing changes are governed by The Refined Circle Terms and the applicable subscription agreement.

A Summoning may open the door to membership. It does not replace the terms governing that membership.

3. WHAT IS VISIBLE VS. VEILED

3.1 Visible to All — The Outer Realm

The Refined Home may allow unregistered visitors to explore publicly accessible content during TRS, including:

  • The Homepage

  • The Refined Circle and membership information

  • The Summoning Portal

  • Search functionality

  • Eligible product listings and product pages

  • Publicly available prices

  • Selected introductions to the Realm, its story and services

  • Other pages expressly designated as public

The precise public experience may change as the Realm evolves.

Our intention is to allow visitors to understand the world they are being invited to enter.

The presence of an artefact on a public page does not guarantee that it is available for immediate purchase.

The Realm may be seen before it is entered.

3.2 Veiled from the Unbound

Depending on the active Summoning configuration, the following may be restricted:

  • Selected navigation destinations

  • Inner lore pages and private chambers

  • Account-based cart and purchasing functions

  • Tier-sensitive collections

  • Restricted Aura expressions

  • Private Scrolls and Chamber instruments

  • Vault Keys and selected Chamber Currency offerings

  • Certain Suites and ceremonial bundles

  • Limited or unreleased artefacts

  • Private Summons and invitation-only experiences

The exact restrictions depend on the relevant page, artefact, membership Path and event.

The Refined Circle's principal collection permissions remain:

The Refined — Marked and above

Whispers of the Ether — Chosen and above

The Crowned Edition — Consecrated and above

All six Auras — Whisper, Navarre, Pearl, Jade, Ember and Eclipse — are available at Consecrated standing, subject to individual artefact conditions.

Ascended retains the complete access established at Consecration.

Certain temporary instruments may grant additional access without permanently changing a Summoner's membership standing.

Such instruments remain governed by their own conditions.

3.3 Reason-Based Veils

A visitor or Summoner may encounter different restrictions according to the reason access is unavailable.

Veiled Realms

May appear when an area is closed to public access, temporarily unavailable or restricted by an active Summoning configuration.

Summoner's Veil

May appear where account registration, recognised standing or another membership condition is required.

Tier-Sensitive Restrictions

May apply when an artefact, collection, Aura or experience requires a higher recognised Path.

Seasonal or Availability Restrictions

May apply to Dormant artefacts, unreleased offerings, limited allocations and event-specific experiences.

A Veil does not automatically mean the visitor has been rejected or permanently excluded.

Where possible, the Realm will indicate the relevant route to eligibility.

However, some private offerings may remain undisclosed until the appropriate moment.

4. SEASONAL EXTENSIONS & FREQUENCY

4.1 Ritual Timing

The Refined Summoning is a ceremonial event within the wider evolution of The Refined Home.

It may occur:

  • Annually

  • More than once within a year

  • Alongside a significant Realm development

  • During the introduction of new collections, experiences or membership systems

  • At other occasions determined by TRH

The Summoning is distinct from the Realm's ordinary seasonal chapters.

Winter, Spring, Summer and other seasonal experiences may operate independently or intersect with a Summoning where expressly announced.

No previous Summoning guarantees the timing, structure or conditions of the next.

4.2 Extensions & Changes

TRH may announce an extension, additional phase or revised event window.

We may also modify a future Summoning's format, offerings or eligibility conditions.

Where an active event must be changed, we will take reasonable steps to communicate material changes affecting participants.

Changes will not retrospectively remove contractual rights already acquired or override applicable consumer protections.

4.3 Individual Event Conditions

Each Summoning may have its own:

  • Opening and closing dates

  • Theme and narrative

  • Featured artefacts

  • Membership enrolment offers

  • Scrolls or invitations

  • Access arrangements

  • Promotional codes

  • Limited allocations

  • Seasonal experiences

These details will be published through the relevant Summoning Portal, product pages, communications or event notices.

5. CODE-BASED SCROLL UNLOCK RULES

Selected Summoners may receive Summoning Scrolls, invitation codes or other event-specific instruments.

These may be issued through eligible participation, direct invitation, promotional activity or another recognised condition.

5.1 Nature of Summoning Scrolls

Depending on the individual offering, a Summoning Scroll may:

  • Grant earlier access to a TRS phase

  • Provide access to a particular unveiling

  • Unlock an eligible private page or experience

  • Grant a specified promotional benefit

  • Temporarily extend a particular permission

  • Recognise participation in an announced ritual

The Scroll's actual effect is determined by its published conditions.

A temporary Summoning unlock does not automatically grant permanent Refined Circle standing or an independent Chamber of Ether milestone.

5.2 Single Use & Account Binding

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Summoning Scrolls and personal invitation codes may be:

  • Single-use

  • Account-bound

  • Non-transferable

  • Limited to one eligible redemption

  • Subject to specified purchase or membership conditions

Codes intended for public distribution or wider promotional use may operate differently where their published conditions permit.

5.3 Expiry

Each Scroll or code may carry a defined validity period.

Once its published expiry has passed, it will ordinarily cease to be redeemable.

TRH is not obliged to reinstate an expired promotional benefit, although we may provide an appropriate remedy where required by law or where a failure within our control prevented lawful redemption.

5.4 Misuse & Revocation

TRH may investigate and restrict a Scroll or code where there is reasonable evidence of:

  • Fraudulent acquisition

  • Unauthorised resale or transfer

  • Repeated redemption contrary to its conditions

  • Manipulation of account eligibility

  • Abuse of a promotional or technical error

Any action will be proportionate and subject to applicable contractual and consumer rights.

5.5 Distinction from Chamber Scrolls

Summoning Scrolls are not automatically the same as Scrolls of Ether.

Scrolls of Ether may have separate purchase prices, MOR or MOE redemption values, activation requirements and account-binding rules.

Where an instrument belongs to the Chamber of Ether, its Chamber terms apply.

The word Scroll alone does not determine an instrument's legal or functional effect.

6. BEHAVIOURAL EXPECTATIONS DURING THE SUMMONING

All participants are expected to treat the Realm, its systems and other Summoners with respect.

Participants must not:

  • Deliberately exploit technical errors or vulnerabilities

  • Use unauthorised bots to manipulate purchasing or allocations

  • Scrape restricted content without permission

  • Attempt to bypass membership or purchasing controls

  • Use deceptive identities to obtain repeated promotional benefits

  • Manipulate MOR, MOE, referrals or missions

  • Resell personal invitation codes or account-bound instruments contrary to their terms

  • Interfere with another Summoner's account

  • Engage in fraudulent or unlawful conduct

Legitimate browsing, lawful consumer complaints, authorised accessibility tools and ordinary privacy-protecting technology do not constitute misconduct merely because they are used during TRS.

Where misuse is reasonably suspected, TRH may investigate and take proportionate steps, including:

  • Restricting an affected account or feature

  • Suspending a promotional code

  • Correcting improperly awarded rewards

  • Cancelling fraudulent transactions

  • Removing access obtained through proven misuse

Permanent standing legitimately earned under The Refined Circle Terms will not be arbitrarily removed because of an unrelated dispute.

Where relevant, participants may contact TRH to seek clarification or challenge an account restriction.

The Summoning is a ceremony. Its integrity depends on fair participation.

7. EVENT DEADLINES

Each active Summoning operates according to its published schedule.

Relevant deadlines may include:

  • Event opening and closing dates

  • Membership enrolment windows

  • Promotional pricing periods

  • Early-access opportunities

  • Summoning Scroll redemption deadlines

  • Limited allocation cut-offs

  • Ritual participation windows

  • Selected unveiling times

Unless expressly stated otherwise, event timings are interpreted according to the time zone specified in the relevant announcement.

Where no time zone is specified for a UK-hosted TRS event, the applicable United Kingdom local time will ordinarily be used.

Participants are responsible for completing required actions before the relevant deadline.

An expired promotional opportunity is not automatically extended because a participant registered late, forgot their credentials or chose not to participate.

However, if a material technical failure within TRH's control prevents an eligible participant from receiving a benefit to which they have a contractual entitlement, we will consider the appropriate remedy under the applicable terms and law.

The Ether moves when it moves.

The Rite honours its own clock.

8. EXCLUSIONS

Unless expressly included in an individual Summoning, TRS does not automatically provide:

  • Store-wide discounts

  • Free shipping

  • Complimentary physical gifts for Marked Summoners

  • Guaranteed product availability

  • Guaranteed limited-edition allocations

  • Automatic permanent membership advancement

  • Additional MOR or MOE outside the applicable earning rules

  • Complimentary Chamber Currency

  • Complimentary Vault Keys

  • Automatic activation of dormant Scrolls

  • Unrestricted access to every chamber or artefact

  • Invitations to private experiences

  • Ascended approval through payment alone

  • Retrospective promotional pricing

  • Reinstatement of expired codes

8.1 Recognition Gifting

Membership Recognition Gifts are governed by The Refined Circle Terms and their applicable qualifying-order conditions.

Participation in TRS alone does not create an entitlement to a physical gift.

8.2 Discounts & Stacking

TRS promotional codes, membership blessings, Birthday Blessings, Scroll benefits and other discounts may have separate eligibility and combination rules.

Discounts cannot be combined unless the applicable terms and checkout configuration expressly permit it.

8.3 Scrolls, Keys & Chamber Instruments

The Chamber of Ether operates independently of TRS.

Its instruments retain their own earning, purchase, redemption, activation and expiry conditions.

A Summoning does not automatically override those requirements.

8.4 Physical & Digital Purchases

Orders placed during TRS remain subject to The Refined Terms of Service, applicable product conditions, the Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

Statutory cancellation and consumer rights continue to apply.

A ceremonial offering does not remove a customer's legal protections.

9. CHANGES TO TRS TERMS

The Refined Home may update these Terms to reflect:

  • Changes in the structure of future Summonings

  • New access systems or website functionality

  • Updated membership or Chamber mechanics

  • Operational requirements

  • Changes in applicable law

  • Corrections or clarifications

The latest published version will display its revision date.

Material changes affecting an active event or existing contractual entitlement will be communicated where required and handled fairly.

Updated Terms will ordinarily govern future participation from their effective date.

They will not retrospectively remove rights already acquired under an accepted order or paid agreement.

Where an individual Summoning has separately published specific conditions, those conditions remain relevant to that event, subject to applicable law.
