THE REFINED SUMMONING — TERMS & CONDITIONS

The Refined Summoning (“TRS”, “the Summoning”, “the Rite”) is the ceremonial entry phase of The Refined Home — a veiled, time-bound ritual granting selective access to the Realm.
By entering the Summoning, accepting a Summoning Scroll, or interacting with the veiled site during an active TRS phase, you agree to the rites and conditions below.

These Terms exist so the Summoning remains orderly, fair, and true to the Ether.

1. ACCESS GATING

1.1 Global Lock / Veiled Realms

During the Summoning, the Realm is sealed by a global lock.

Visitors who have not been recognised by the Ether will:

  • encounter the Veil when attempting to enter core pages

  • see only the permitted outer halls of the Realm

  • be invited to mark themselves and choose a tier

The global lock protects the inner Realm while still allowing the world to feel its presence.

1.2 Summoner’s Veil (Members vs. Subscribers During TRS)

During an active Summoning, Summoner’s Veil distinguishes:

  • those who have merely subscribed

  • from those who have truly bound themselves to the Realm through membership

Only summoners with an active membership — including The Marked — may freely access core lore and site content.

During TRS:

  • Non-members (email subscribers, casual visitors, mortals) may freely browse:

    • the Homepage

    • the Tiered Benefits page

    • the Summoning Portal (TRS)

    • general product pages, including prices

  • However, they cannot:

    • use the main navigation bar and its dropdowns (e.g. The Realm, Our Story, The Refined Service, Restoration Ritual)

    • access deeper lore pages or inner-story content

    • add products to cart

Until a visitor purchases any membership — including The Marked — they are held at the edge of the Realm and shown the Summoner’s Veil.

Once a membership is bound, the Veil parts according to tier, and the Realm responds accordingly.

2. TRS TIER PRICING DURING THE SUMMONING

The Refined Summoning is a rite of invitation, not a typical sale.

When the Veil parts and TRS is active, all new summoners and mortals are granted a ceremonial reduction on membership tiers, for the duration of the Rite:

  • The Marked — remains free (ineligible for discount; its cost is devotion, not coin)

  • The Initiated — from £60 to £20

  • The Chosen — from £120 to £40

  • The Consecrated — from £160 to £60

  • The Ascended — from £450 every 3 months to £150 every 3 months

However:

  • Ascended remains invite-only.

  • No summoner may skip the path.

  • All must climb from The Marked upward — through Initiated, Chosen, and Consecrated — before even being considered for Ascension.

  • Only those who have proven devotion and alignment are invited to undergo the full Rite of Ascension.

Summoning pricing is a gift of the Ether, not a guarantee of entry into higher orders.

TRH may adjust TRS pricing windows, structures, or availability at any time to maintain ritual and commercial balance.

3. WHAT IS VISIBLE VS. VEILED

3.1 Visible to All (Even Mortals)

The following remain visible during TRS to all visitors, marked or unmarked:

  • The full Home page

  • The Tiered Benefits page

  • The Summoning Portal

  • The search bar

  • General product listings and product pages, including prices

The Realm is luxury. Its refinement and pricing must be visible; what remains restricted is action, not awareness.

Anyone may see the price.
Not everyone may move the piece.

3.2 Veiled from the Unbound

The following are veiled for those without an active membership, or whose tier does not qualify:

  • The full main navigation bar, including dropdowns (e.g. The Realm, Our Story, The Refined Service, Restoration Ritual), except for:

    • Home

    • Tiered Benefits

    • Summoning Portal (TRS)

  • Cart access and the ability to add items to cart

  • Scrolls and scroll collections

  • Keys

  • Vessels of Ether (Chamber Currency)

  • All Suites:

    • Essence Suites

    • Signature Suites

    • Prestige Suites

In addition, your tier and aura control what you see:

  • Certain listings, artefacts, or tiers may appear only to those whose membership and aura alignment permit it.

  • Some products may exist in the Realm but remain invisible or unreachable to those not yet recognised.

3.3 Reason-Based Veils

Depending on the reason for restriction, a summoner may encounter:

  • Veiled Realms — for those outside the global lock, or attempting to access chambers that are never public

  • Summoner’s Veil — for those who have met the Ether halfway (subscribed, visited, wandered) but have not yet bound themselves through membership

In all cases, the Veil is not a rejection — it is an invitation to step properly into the Rite.

4. SEASONAL EXTENSIONS & FREQUENCY

4.1 Ritual Timing

The Summoning is not a seasonal promotion.
It is a ritual event, and may occur:

  • annually

  • biannually

  • or at key junctures in the Realm’s evolution (new collections, system upgrades, major lore chapters)

4.2 Extensions

TRH may:

  • extend a Summoning

  • shorten it

  • or initiate additional Summonings

Each Summoning can carry its own conditions, tone, and pricing. No cycle guarantees the next.

5. CODE-BASED SCROLL UNLOCK RULES

Some summoners may receive Summoning Scrolls — unique codes or invitations that bend the rules in their favour.

5.1 Nature of Summoning Scrolls

A Summoning Scroll may:

  • unlock earlier access to TRS

  • grant tier-specific privileges

  • open hidden pages or suites

  • momentarily elevate permissions

5.2 Single Use

Summoning Scrolls are:

  • single-use

  • non-transferable

  • bound to the summoner who receives them

Sharing, selling, or trading scrolls is forbidden.

5.3 Expiry

Each scroll carries its own expiry.
Once expired, it cannot be reactivated, extended, or exchanged.

5.4 Revocation

TRH may revoke scrolls if:

  • misuse is detected

  • fraud is suspected

  • behaviour dishonours the Rite or harms the Realm

6. BEHAVIOURAL EXPECTATIONS DURING THE SUMMONING

All summoners engaging with TRS agree to:

  • treat the Rite and other summoners with respect

  • refrain from exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical oversights

  • avoid bots, automated purchasing, or scraping tools

  • not attempt to bypass the Veil via code alteration, VPN tricks, or spoofing

If TRH detects activity that threatens the experience or integrity of the Rite, it may:

  • suspend accounts

  • restrict membership tiers

  • revoke scrolls

  • void TRS discounts

  • enact permanent banishment where necessary

The Summoning is not a sale. It is a ceremony.

7. EVENT DEADLINES

During TRS, summoners must honour all event timings, including:

  • start and end dates of the Summoning itself

  • windows where TRS membership pricing applies

  • Summoning Scroll expiry times

  • cut-off points for early-access unlocks or ritual participation

Once a Summoning window closes, its conditions — including tier pricing — are no longer guaranteed.

TRH is not responsible for missed opportunities resulting from:

  • late registration or delay in choosing a tier

  • failed or declined payments

  • expired scrolls

  • forgotten credentials

  • technical issues on the summoner’s end

  • personal scheduling conflicts

The Ether moves when it moves. The Rite honours its own clock.

8. EXCLUSIONS

The following are not automatically included in TRS unless explicitly stated:

  • standard sales or store-wide discounting

  • free shipping

  • physical gifts for The Marked

  • retroactive application of TRS pricing after the window closes

  • reinstatement of expired Summoning Scrolls

  • guaranteed availability of any artefact, suite, or product

TRH may exclude specific items, rooms, collections, rituals, or suites from TRS at its discretion.

9. CHANGES TO TRS TERMS

TRH may refine, update, or modify these Summoning Terms at any time.

Continued participation in any active or future Summoning signifies acceptance of the latest version.
