The Refined Circle Terms & Conditions

The Refined Circle is the membership system of The Refined Home Interiors Limited (“TRH”, “we”, “us”, “our”, “the Realm”).

These Membership Terms & Conditions (“Terms of Membership”) govern participation in the Five Paths of the Refined Circle, from The Marked to The Ascended.

They establish the conditions for membership registration, paid subscriptions, permanent standing, purchasing permissions, Marks of Refinement, member blessings, Recognition Gifting and other privileges.

These Terms should be read alongside:

• Our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy

• Any individual membership offering or promotional conditions disclosed before purchase

Where a specific provision concerns Refined Circle membership, these Membership Terms govern that system, subject to applicable law.

The Refined Circle recognises more than payment.

It recognises presence.

Participation.

Response.

Relationship.

And, for those whose journey continues beyond the completed Path, Ascension.

These Terms exist so that the Realm may remain orderly, its rituals honoured, and its Summoners properly recognised.

1. THE LINEAR PATH OF ASCENSION

The Refined Circle consists of five recognised Paths.

The Marked → The Initiated → The Chosen → The Consecrated → The Ascended

Each Path represents a distinct relationship with the Realm.

The Marked — Recognition

The Realm has noticed you.

The Initiated — Participation

You crossed.

The Chosen — Response

The Realm answers you.

The Consecrated — Relationship

The Realm no longer stands before you.

The Ascended — Continuation

The Realm continues through you.

1.1 The Five Paths

The Paths form a canonical progression of membership standing.

However, there are two distinct ways to enter or advance through eligible Paths:

Paid Membership Entry

An eligible Summoner may subscribe directly to an available paid Path, including Initiated, Chosen or Consecrated, without first purchasing every preceding membership.

The Path of Resonance

A Summoner may earn permanent standing by accumulating the qualifying Marks of Refinement (MOR) required for each milestone.

Earned progression follows the recognised sequence of the Five Paths.

These routes may interact, but they are not identical.

1.2 Beginning at Higher Tiers

A Summoner may begin their paid membership relationship at an eligible higher Path.

For example, a newly registered Summoner may choose a Chosen or Consecrated subscription directly, subject to the applicable eligibility and payment conditions.

Direct paid entry does not require the customer to purchase lower paid memberships first.

Where a Summoner progresses through earned MOR milestones, the underlying Path sequence remains:

Marked → Initiated → Chosen → Consecrated → Ascended

The Realm recognises the relevant standing according to its recorded membership rules.

1.3 Permanent Standing

A Summoner's recognised Path standing is maintained through the Realm's account records and applicable membership tags.

Once legitimately attained, permanent standing is not ordinarily removed because a Summoner:

• Redeems MOR

• Cancels a paid subscription

• Chooses not to renew a subscription

• Stops making purchases

• Temporarily becomes inactive

Permanent standing remains subject to correction of genuine errors, fraud, abuse and the applicable standing rules.

Standing is recognition. A subscription is a commercial arrangement.

The two must not be confused.

1.4 The Consecrated — Pinnacle of Ordinary Membership

Consecrated represents the pinnacle of the ordinary, self-attainable paid membership journey.

At Consecrated standing, all three principal Collections are accessible:

The Refined

Whispers of the Ether

The Crowned Edition

All six Auras are also available:

Whisper · Navarre · Pearl · Jade · Ember · Eclipse

No seventh Aura or additional ordinary Collection is withheld exclusively for Ascended members.

Consecration completes the standard Path.

1.5 The Ascended — Beyond the Pinnacle

Ascended represents Continuation, not an incomplete privilege withheld from Consecrated Summoners.

Ascension may be attained through two recognised passages.

The Path of Resonance

A Summoner who legitimately earns 20,000 MOR may receive permanent Ascended standing without an invitation or mandatory quarterly subscription.

The Path of Invitation

TRH may individually recognise and approve a Summoner for a paid Ascended relationship.

An invitation or approval is required before an invitation-based paid Ascended arrangement can begin.

Payment alone does not guarantee Ascended entry.

An earned Ascended Summoner is not required to purchase the quarterly arrangement merely to retain earned standing.

However, certain individually coordinated, human-led services and commercial benefits may require an active approved paid arrangement.

Consecration is belonging. Ascension is continuation.

2. RENEWAL LOGIC & MEMBERSHIP CHARGES

2.1 Membership Offerings

The current Refined Circle membership offerings are:

THE MARKED

Free registration.

No recurring membership fee.

THE INITIATED

Early Access Offering: £20 per month

Full Membership: £60 per month

THE CHOSEN

Early Access Offering: £40 per month

Full Membership: £120 per month

THE CONSECRATED

Founding Offering: £60 per month or £600 per year

Full Monthly Membership: £180 per month

Any future full-release annual price will be announced separately.

THE ASCENDED

Approved Founding Offering: £150 every three months

Full Quarterly Membership: £450 every three months

Paid Ascended membership requires individual approval.

The Path of Resonance provides a separate earned-standing route at 20,000 MOR.

All prices and billing arrangements are subject to the applicable offering displayed and accepted at the time of subscription.

2.2 The Marked — Free Membership

The Marked is a genuine membership Path requiring no payment.

Registration establishes the Summoner's recognised account and applicable entry-level standing.

The Marked does not require a monthly paid renewal.

The account remains subject to the Realm's account rules and any applicable inactivity, security or closure procedures.

The Marked is not a casual waypoint.

It is the beginning of belonging.

2.3 Paid Membership Renewal

Paid memberships renew according to the billing frequency selected and disclosed when the subscription is established.

Depending on the Path and available offering, this may be:

• Monthly

• Annually

• Every three months

Recurring charges are ordinarily taken using the authorised payment method and billing arrangements established during subscription.

Customers will receive the applicable information about recurring payments, cancellation and material subscription conditions before becoming bound by the agreement.

2.4 Early Access & Founding Rates

Early Access and Founding Offerings are introductory membership arrangements.

Where a qualifying Summoner is entitled to retain a Founding rate under the specific offering accepted, that protection will be honoured according to its published conditions.

Future changes to membership pricing will not automatically override an existing contractual rate protection.

TRH may close introductory enrolment windows or introduce new prices for future subscribers.

Any change affecting an existing subscription will be handled in accordance with its contractual terms, applicable notice requirements and consumer law.

2.5 Failed Payments

If a scheduled subscription payment fails, TRH or its authorised subscription provider may attempt collection again in accordance with the disclosed billing arrangements.

We may contact the Summoner to request updated payment information.

Where payment remains outstanding, active paid-member benefits may be suspended or the subscription may be cancelled under the applicable terms.

Failed payment does not automatically erase legitimately earned permanent standing.

The Realm may distinguish between the privileges attached to a recognised Path and those requiring an active paid subscription.

2.6 Cancellation of Paid Membership

A Summoner may request cancellation of a paid membership through the available account or subscription management facilities, or by contacting TRH Support.

Cancellation of future renewals is separate from exercising any applicable statutory cancellation or refund right.

The effective date of cancellation and the treatment of an already paid billing period are governed by the subscription agreement and applicable law.

Where the paid arrangement ends, active-paid-member benefits may cease.

Permanent standing legitimately earned under the Realm's rules remains recorded.

2.7 Changes Between Paid Paths

Eligible members may request an upgrade, downgrade or change of billing arrangement where supported.

Any resulting price adjustment, proration, renewal date or change to paid benefits will be disclosed through the applicable subscription process.

A change to a paid arrangement does not automatically revoke permanent standing already earned.

3. GIFTING RITES & GIFTING RESTRICTIONS

3.1 Who May Gift and Receive

Ether Gifting is available to all registered Summoners, including The Marked.

Eligible Summoners may purchase approved offerings for another person, subject to the recipient's eligibility and the individual offering's conditions.

The right to gift does not automatically grant the right to transfer every instrument within the Realm.

3.2 Nature of Gifts

Gifts may take two principal forms.

Recognition Gifting

A ceremonial benefit offered by The Refined Home to an eligible active paid member following a qualifying purchase, subject to the relevant Path's conditions.

Ether Gifting

An eligible Scroll or physical artefact purchased by one person for another.

The purchaser and recipient may have different rights and responsibilities under the applicable purchase and gifting conditions.

3.3 Eligible Ether Gifts

Eligible offerings may include:

• Approved giftable Scrolls

• Physical artefacts available for gifting

• Other physical offerings expressly designated as giftable

An eligible Scroll may be purchased for a recipient in accordance with its terms.

An already owned, account-bound Scroll is not automatically transferable.

3.4 Non-Transferable Instruments

Unless TRH expressly establishes a lawful and published exception, the following cannot be transferred or gifted:

• Marks of Refinement

• Marks of Ether

• Permanent Refined Circle standing

• Vault Keys

• Personal access privileges

• Account-bound rewards

• Private invitations

• Another Summoner's membership account

Purchasing a gift does not transfer the purchaser's Path standing or collection permissions to the recipient.

3.5 Recipient Eligibility

Certain gifts may require the recipient to have an eligible account, Path standing or other recognised permission.

Where an offering cannot lawfully or technically be supplied to the intended recipient, TRH will explain the available options and comply with applicable refund and consumer rights.

3.6 Rewards on Gift Purchases

Where an eligible purchase earns MOR or MOE, those Marks are ordinarily credited to the qualifying purchaser's account.

The recipient does not automatically earn duplicate Marks merely because they receive the gift.

3.7 Refunds on Gifts

Gift purchases remain subject to applicable statutory rights and the relevant Refund Policy.

A gift is not automatically non-refundable merely because it is ceremonial or purchased for another person.

Cancellation exceptions may apply to certain personalised goods or qualifying digital content where the legal conditions for those exceptions are met.

Faulty, misdescribed or non-conforming goods and digital content remain subject to applicable consumer protections.

4. REFUND RULES FOR MEMBERSHIP & RITUAL ITEMS

4.1 Membership Fees

Membership fees are recurring charges for the applicable paid arrangement.

A member's right to cancel a subscription and their right to receive a refund are separate matters.

Membership fees are not automatically refundable merely because a member chooses to stop using the benefits during a paid period.

However, nothing in these Terms excludes statutory cancellation rights, remedies for non-performance or other refunds required by law.

4.2 Statutory Cancellation Rights

Where an online membership or service agreement qualifies for a statutory cancellation period, TRH will honour that right.

If a member expressly requests the commencement of eligible services during that period, any lawful consequences for cancellation will be explained and the necessary consent obtained.

The applicable rights depend on the nature of the agreement, the service supplied and the circumstances of cancellation.

4.3 Digital Scrolls & Instruments

Certain Scrolls, Keys and other digital instruments may constitute digital content, services or contractual access rights, depending on their design and supply.

Their individual purchase, delivery, activation and redemption conditions apply.

Where the law requires express consent and acknowledgement before a customer loses a statutory cancellation right for immediately supplied digital content, that consent must be obtained through the appropriate purchase process.

These Membership Terms alone do not substitute for such consent.

4.4 Physical Artefacts & Recognition Gifts

Physical artefacts purchased through the Realm remain subject to applicable consumer rights.

A qualifying Recognition Gift is subject to the conditions of the relevant membership programme.

TRH may investigate suspected misuse of a gifting promotion, but it will not use ceremonial language to remove statutory consumer protections.

4.5 MOR & MOE Redemptions

MOR and MOE are account-based reward currencies and are not cash.

The consequences of redeeming Marks, reversing an eligible transaction or cancelling an associated purchase are governed by the relevant programme terms.

Where a qualifying purchase is refunded or reversed, associated unearned rewards may be adjusted according to the published rules.

Any adjustment will be handled fairly and will not arbitrarily remove permanent standing legitimately earned through other activity.

4.6 Faulty or Undelivered Offerings

If an eligible purchase or paid service is not supplied as agreed, or does not meet applicable legal standards, the customer may have rights to an appropriate remedy.

The Ether honours the ritual. The Realm honours the law.

5. ACCESS RESTRICTIONS

Access to particular areas, collections, artefacts and benefits depends on the applicable Refined Circle standing and any additional conditions attached to the offering.

5.1 General Purchasing Access

The Refined Home may display product information and prices publicly.

Ordinary add-to-cart purchasing access begins at Initiated standing or above, subject to the relevant product's eligibility conditions.

Marked Summoners may browse their permitted portions of the Realm without automatically receiving ordinary purchasing privileges.

5.2 Principal Collection Access

The three principal Collections follow the recognised Path permissions:

THE REFINED

Available from Marked standing.

WHISPERS OF THE ETHER

Available from Chosen standing.

THE CROWNED EDITION

Available from Consecrated standing.

Consecrated and Ascended Summoners therefore have access to all three principal Collections.

Individual products may remain unavailable because of stock, seasonality, allocation or other published conditions.

5.3 Aura Access

The six recognised Auras follow this progression:

Whisper — Marked and above

Navarre — Initiated and above

Pearl — Chosen and above

Jade — Consecrated and above

Ember — Consecrated and above

Eclipse — Consecrated and above

All six Auras are available at Consecrated standing.

Ascended retains all six.

Aura eligibility does not override an individual product's stock or purchasing conditions.

5.4 Permanent Standing & Active Benefits

Certain permissions are based on permanent Path standing.

Others depend on an active paid subscription.

Standing-based privileges may include:

• Recognised Path identity

• Principal Collection permissions

• Aura eligibility

• Applicable MOR earning rate

• Eligibility for standing-sensitive offerings

Active paid-member privileges may include:

• The relevant Member Blessing

• Qualifying commercial Recognition Gifting

• Certain private services

• Individually coordinated consultations

• Other benefits expressly described as requiring an active arrangement

The individual benefit description determines which condition applies.

5.5 Temporary Access

Scrolls, Vault Keys, seasonal invitations and other eligible instruments may grant temporary access to selected areas.

Temporary access does not automatically change permanent Path standing.

Vault Keys and other Chamber instruments remain subject to the Chamber of Ether Terms.

5.6 Changes to Access Rules

TRH may introduce new areas, collections, experiences and eligibility conditions as the Realm evolves.

Material changes affecting benefits already contractually promised to paid members will be handled according to the relevant subscription terms and applicable law.

TRH will not arbitrarily remove earned standing or retrospectively withdraw rights attached to completed purchases.

6. PERKS, GIFTS & BENEFIT CONDITIONS

Membership privileges differ according to the recognised Path and, where applicable, active paid status.

6.1 The Marked — Recognition

The Marked is free.

Eligible benefits include:

• Recognised entry-level standing

• Access to The Refined Collection

• Whisper Aura eligibility

• Applicable public and account-based Realm content

• 3 MOR per eligible £1 spent

• 1 MOE per eligible £1 spent

• A £5 Birthday Blessing towards one eligible order annually

• Access to eligible MOR and MOE participation opportunities

• Eligible Ether Gifting

• Available referral programmes

Marked registration does not guarantee a complimentary physical Recognition Gift.

6.2 The Initiated — Participation

The Initiated may receive:

• Initiated standing and applicable collection permissions

• Whisper and Navarre Aura eligibility

• Ordinary purchasing access, subject to product conditions

• 5 MOR per eligible £1 spent

• 1 MOE per eligible £1 spent

• A 5% Member Blessing while an eligible paid arrangement is active

• A 10% Birthday Blessing on one eligible order annually

• Eligible Scrolls, Chamber instruments and seasonal offerings

• Qualifying Recognition Gifting

Recognition Gift eligibility

A qualifying order of £60 or more, together with an active eligible paid Initiated membership, establishes eligibility under the applicable gifting conditions.

6.3 The Chosen — Response

The Chosen may receive:

• Chosen standing

• Access to The Refined and Whispers of the Ether Collections

• Whisper, Navarre and Pearl Aura eligibility

• 8 MOR per eligible £1 spent

• 1 MOE per eligible £1 spent

• A 10% Member Blessing while an eligible paid arrangement is active

• A 15% Birthday Blessing on one eligible order annually

• Enhanced eligibility for selected Scrolls, Requests and seasonal offerings

• Qualifying Recognition Gifting

Recognition Gift eligibility

A qualifying order of £120 or more, together with an active eligible paid Chosen membership, establishes eligibility under the applicable gifting conditions.

6.4 The Consecrated — Relationship

The Consecrated represents the pinnacle of ordinary membership.

Eligible privileges include:

• Consecrated standing

• All three principal Collections

• All six Auras

• 16 MOR per eligible £1 spent

• 1 MOE per eligible £1 spent

• A 15% Member Blessing while an eligible paid arrangement is active

• A 20% Birthday Blessing on one eligible order annually

• Advanced eligibility for selected Scrolls, Requests and private offerings

• The Realm's fullest standard of ordinary membership service

• Qualifying Recognition Gifting

Recognition Gift eligibility

A qualifying order of £180 or more, together with an active eligible paid Consecrated membership, establishes eligibility under the applicable gifting conditions.

Consecrated standing does not automatically grant the independent Chamber of Ether Consecrated milestone or its Vault Key rewards.

6.5 The Ascended — Continuation

Ascended standing may be earned through 20,000 MOR or recognised through an approved invitation-based arrangement.

Eligible privileges include:

• Ascended standing

• All three principal Collections

• All six Auras

• 30 MOR per eligible £1 spent

• 1 MOE per eligible £1 spent

• The inherited 15% Member Blessing while an eligible approved paid arrangement is active

• A 25% Birthday Blessing on one eligible order annually

• Highest membership-standing eligibility for selected Realm instruments

• Consideration for exceptional private offerings and experiences

• The Oath of Ascension

• Qualifying ceremonial Recognition Gifting

An active approved paid Ascended relationship may additionally provide:

• Individually considered Refined Requests

• Private consultation

• White-glove coordination

• Exceptional artefact consideration

• Individually coordinated service opportunities

These services may be subject to appointments, availability, agreed scopes and separate quotations.

Recognition Gift eligibility

A qualifying order of £400 or more, together with an active approved paid Ascended relationship, establishes eligibility for the Gift of Ascension under the applicable gifting conditions.

The ceremonial experience may include:

The Ascended Artefact

The Ceremonial Vessel

Earned Ascended standing alone does not automatically entitle a member to every paid, human-led service or commercial gifting benefit.

6.6 Benefit Inheritance & Gift Isolation

Permanent standing privileges generally expand as a Summoner advances through the Paths.

Higher Paths retain the applicable access already established through lower standing.

However, not every commercial benefit is cumulative.

In particular:

• Member Blessing percentages do not automatically stack.

• Birthday Blessings do not accumulate across Paths.

• Physical Recognition Gifts are determined by the eligible Path and its gifting conditions.

• A higher-tier member does not automatically receive every lower-tier physical gift.

• Individual seasonal offerings may carry separate eligibility conditions.

The applicable current Path and active paid arrangement determine the commercial benefit available.

The Realm remembers what has been earned. It does not duplicate every ceremony already passed.

6.7 Recognition Gifting Conditions

Recognition Gifts are subject to:

• An active qualifying paid membership

• The applicable minimum qualifying order value

• Product and order eligibility

• Any published exclusions

• The relevant gifting programme's availability and fulfilment conditions

Meeting a qualifying order threshold establishes eligibility under the programme.

It does not necessarily guarantee a separate physical gift with every qualifying order.

Gift frequency, specific artefact selections, fulfilment arrangements and seasonal availability are governed by the applicable Recognition Gifting conditions.

Physical welcome Scrolls, where offered, may be fulfilled separately or alongside another eligible gift.

6.8 Member Blessings

The current paid-member blessings are:

Initiated — 5%

Chosen — 10%

Consecrated — 15%

Ascended — 15%

Marked has no standard paid-member percentage blessing.

These benefits apply only while the relevant qualifying paid arrangement remains active and are subject to eligible product and discount conditions.

6.9 Birthday Blessings

The current annual Birthday Blessings are:

Marked — £5 off

Initiated — 10% off

Chosen — 15% off

Consecrated — 20% off

Ascended — 25% off

A Birthday Blessing may be used towards one eligible order per qualifying annual birthday period.

Birthday Blessings are non-stackable and cannot be combined with other discounts.

Eligibility verification, issuance, redemption deadlines and exclusions will be disclosed through the relevant offer conditions.

6.10 Referrals & Invitations

Eligible registered Summoners, including Marked members, may participate in available Refined Circle and Chamber of Ether referral programmes.

Each referral programme has its own qualifying actions, reward rules and restrictions.

A referral does not automatically confer paid membership, Ascended approval or independent Chamber progression.

7. CURRENCY OF THE REALM — MOR & MOE

The Realm recognises two distinct reward currencies.

Marks of Refinement (MOR)

Marks of Ether (MOE)

Both recognise participation.

But they serve different purposes.

7.1 Marks of Ether — MOE

MOE belong to the Chamber of Ether.

Eligible purchases earn:

1 MOE per £1 spent

This standard earning rate applies across all five Refined Circle Paths.

Additional MOE may be earned or obtained through eligible Chamber missions, games, activities, offerings or other published mechanisms.

MOE may be used towards eligible Chamber instruments and redemptions according to their individual conditions.

MOE do not automatically advance a Summoner's Refined Circle Path.

The Chamber maintains its own independent progression and milestone rules.

MOE represents participation within the Chamber.

7.2 Marks of Refinement — MOR

MOR belong to the Path of Resonance within the Refined Circle.

Eligible purchase earning rates are:

Marked — 3 MOR per £1

Initiated — 5 MOR per £1

Chosen — 8 MOR per £1

Consecrated — 16 MOR per £1

Ascended — 30 MOR per £1

MOR may also be earned through other qualifying activities expressly recognised by the programme.

Earning is subject to applicable transaction, refund, reversal, fraud-prevention and programme conditions.

7.3 Path of Resonance Milestones

The recognised milestones are:

300 MOR — The Marked

1,500 MOR — The Initiated

4,500 MOR — The Chosen

10,000 MOR — The Consecrated

20,000 MOR — The Ascended

The 300 MOR milestone represents formal recognition within the Path of Resonance.

Free Marked registration does not require a customer to earn 300 MOR before opening an account.

Progression is based on the qualifying cumulative MOR earned and recorded under the programme's rules.

7.4 Redemption Does Not Remove Standing

MOR may be redeemable for eligible rewards under the published Path of Resonance catalogue.

Redeeming MOR reduces the available redeemable balance where applicable.

It does not reverse cumulative progress already recognised towards permanent standing.

A Summoner who legitimately attains Chosen, Consecrated or Ascended standing does not lose that standing merely by redeeming MOR.

The same principle applies to legitimately attained lower milestones.

7.5 MOR Redemption Catalogue

Eligible MOR redemptions may include:

• Purchase credits

• Percentage-based discounts

• Selected Scrolls

• Shipping benefits

• Other published programme rewards

Each redemption is governed by its current displayed cost, eligibility and conditions.

A reward's availability or redemption value may change for future redemptions, subject to applicable law and commitments already made.

7.6 Separate Currencies

MOR and MOE are not interchangeable by default.

A MOR balance does not automatically convert into MOE.

A MOE balance does not automatically count towards Path of Resonance milestones.

Neither currency is legal tender or a cash-equivalent deposit.

Neither may ordinarily be sold, transferred or exchanged for cash.

7.7 Corrections & Misuse

TRH may correct rewards credited in error, including those arising from cancelled transactions, fraudulent activity or technical faults.

Corrections will be based on the relevant programme rules and handled proportionately.

The Realm may distinguish between legitimate redemption activity and deliberate exploitation.

MOE recognises the Chamber's economy.

MOR recognises the Path.

Both flow. Only one governs earned Refined Circle Ascension.

8. SCROLL REDEMPTION TERMS

Scrolls are digital or ceremonial instruments carrying individual conditions.

These may include:

• Scrolls of Ether

• Marks of Refinement redemption Scrolls

• Seasonal Scrolls

• Summoning Scrolls

• Ceremonial membership Scrolls

• Other eligible instruments

8.1 Individual Scroll Conditions

Each Scroll may have its own:

• Purchase price

• MOR or MOE redemption cost

• Membership eligibility

• Applicable benefit

• Activation procedure

• Expiry or usage period

• Account-binding restrictions

• Seasonal availability

• Redemption limitations

The specific Scroll's published conditions govern its use.

8.2 Dormant Instruments & Activation

Certain Scrolls and Vault Keys remain dormant until activated through TRH Support.

Where this applies, acquiring the instrument does not automatically begin its active duration.

The relevant activation conditions will determine when its benefits become available.

8.3 Standing-Changing Scrolls

Some exceptional Scrolls may expressly change a recognised progression level.

Such effects are limited to the system and circumstances stated in the Scroll's own conditions.

For example:

Scroll of Transcendence

May advance an eligible Chamber of Ether progression level under its specific conditions.

It does not automatically advance Refined Circle standing.

Scroll of Ascendance

May advance an eligible Refined Circle Path under its specific seasonal and progression restrictions.

It does not automatically grant Ascended standing.

A Scroll's ceremonial name does not override its published mechanical effect.

8.4 Vault Keys

Vault Keys grant temporary access under the Chamber of Ether Terms.

They do not permanently change Refined Circle standing.

The acquisition of a Vault Key does not automatically entitle its holder to the Chamber milestone associated with its first complimentary bestowal.

8.5 Digital Consumer Rights

Scrolls, Keys and other digital instruments remain subject to applicable consumer rights.

Where an instrument qualifies as digital content and immediate supply affects statutory cancellation rights, the necessary consent and acknowledgement must be obtained in accordance with law.

No blanket non-refund provision in these Terms overrides those rights.

9. CHANGES TO MEMBERSHIP TERMS

The Refined Home may update these Terms to reflect:

• Changes in membership operations

• New benefits or experiences

• Additional Scrolls and instruments

• Changes to supporting technology

• New seasonal arrangements

• Clarifications of existing mechanics

• Changes in applicable law

The latest version will display its revision date.

Material changes affecting an existing paid subscription will be communicated where required by law or the applicable contract.

TRH will not rely solely on a customer's continued use of the website to impose an otherwise unlawful change to an existing agreement.

Changes to future membership offerings do not automatically remove rights already acquired under completed purchases or legitimately earned permanent standing.

Where a benefit is discretionary, seasonal or subject to availability, its individual conditions will determine the extent of the commitment.

If any provision conflicts with mandatory consumer law, the applicable legal protection prevails.
