The Ritual of Return

The Realm honours intention—but it also understands when a calling must be undone.
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

To be eligible, your item must be returned in the same state it arrived—unused, undamaged, with tags attached and housed in its original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.

Once your request is received and accepted, we shall provide:

  • A return shipping label,

  • Instructions for return ritual completion,

  • And guidance to the sacred point of return:
    Unit 6 GP Centre, Yeoman Road, Ringwood, BH24 3FF

Items sent back without first requesting a return through the Ether will not be accepted.

Damages & Discrepancies

What arrives through the veil must arrive whole.

Upon receiving your parcel, we ask that you inspect it with care and presence.
If any item appears damaged, defective, or mistaken in form, please contact us without delay at returns@therefinedhome.co.uk.

Our Council will swiftly review the matter and ensure the rite is made right.
The Ether does not take lightly what was meant to arrive in grace.


Exceptions & Sacred Exclusions

Some offerings within the Realm carry a unique essence—conjured just for you. These include:

• Bespoke pieces shaped by personal request
• Made-to-order items sourced upon your command
• Tiered tokens gifted through ritual, not retail

Due to their sacred nature, these artefacts may not be eligible for return.

Exchanges & Shifts of Intention

Should your choice no longer align with the rhythm of your space, the swiftest path forward is this:

Return the item currently in your possession. Once it is received and accepted by the Realm, you may then begin a new ritual—by placing a separate order for the piece your spirit now seeks.

Each exchange is treated as a new summons.
Each shift, an act of refinement.

 

Refunds & Sacred Reversals

Once your return has been received and inspected by the Council, you shall be notified whether the refund ritual has been approved.

If the Ether permits, your offering will be returned—automatically refunded to your original method of payment within 10 working days. Do allow time for your bank or card issuer to complete their own rites of processing.

Should more than 15 working days pass without receiving your sacred reversal, reach out to us at returns@therefinedhome.co.uk, and we shall consult the stream beyond.
