The Kolvarr Plane is not designed for gathering —
it is designed for placement.
A broad, grounded ritual surface formed in Matte Eclipse, it absorbs light rather than reflecting it. Nothing gleams. Nothing performs. The surface remains calm, unmoved, resolute — a field upon which ritual is permitted to occur, not encouraged.
This is winter made horizontal.
Within the Winter Rite, The Kolvarr Plane serves as a point of law. Objects placed upon it feel intentional. Items removed feel absent. The table does not decorate the space — it stabilises it.
Matte Eclipse gives the Plane its gravity. A coal-black tone stripped of shine, stripped of softness, stripped of distraction. The surface reads as ancient, mineral, inevitable — as if it has always been there, waiting to be used correctly.
